Investigation of injury to an infant which occurred at a local daycare.  Follow up pending.

A Jackson Police officer observed a person driving a small red scooter in an erratic manner (weaving severely within a lane of travel).  During further observation the officer observed the scooter roll through stop signs and fail to signal a turn.  Driver was stopped and failed all batteries of standardized field sobriety tests.  Driver was arrested for DUI and provided a breath test, the result of which was .25%.

A vehicle was stopped for driving with no headlights or taillights. The driver of the vehicle was found to be impaired after performing poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested.
