Friend of intoxicated female was trying to stop her from driving drunk. Intoxicated female tried to get in her car to drive even after being told that she could not drive. Arrested for public intoxication.

Report of two females assaulted at the Virginian.  Suspect found and pulled over at Center & E Broadway.  Positive ID from victims.  Defendant arrested for WSS 6-2-501(b) Battery, 7-13-4119(b) Apprehension of violators by Peace Officers (Probation), 35-7-1031(c)(i)(A) Poss of <3oz marijuana, 35-7-1031(c)(iii) Poss of liquid marijuana >3/10g.
