Town Representatives Attend Wyoming Association of Municipalities

Several representatives from the Town of Jackson recently visited Cheyenne for the Wyoming Association of Municipalities (WAM) winter conference and to visit Wyoming's Legislature.

Town Council members Hailey Morton Levinson and Bob Lenz along with Assistant Town Manager, Roxanne Robinson, and soon-to-be-Town Manager (and current Public Works Director), Larry Pardee are shown here at the Wyoming Legislature. Current Town Manager, Bob McLaurin also attended these meetings, but is not shown in this picture.

The objectives of WAM: Advocate for Wyoming’s cities’ and towns’ municipal interests regarding both state and federal legislation.

While in Cheyenne our local representatives also participated in information and training sessions covering topics such as: Strategic Planning, Understanding the State's Budget, Community and Economic Development, WYDOT Partnerships, Financial Management, Building an Engaged Council & Community, and Emergency Preparedness to name a few.

Safe travels back to Jackson Hailey, Bob, Larry, Roxanne and Bob!
