The applicant is requesting approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Sketch Plan, and Administrative Adjustment for a 90-unit apartment building, including studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units for the property located at 550 West Broadway.
2. P17-071: 160 S. Millward Street: Condition Use Permit – Wireless Facility
The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to locate a wireless communications facility on the Town parking garage at 160 South Millward Street.
